Education &/or Experience |
Tourism Diploma &/or other oficial titles related to the tourism sector. Additional courses and diplomas are highly valued. Languages required: German high level, English high level. Other languages are highly valued. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software within the tourism industry (New Hotel). Previous experience in the same position in establishments of similar characteristics demonstrable – minimum 5 years. |

Roles & Responsibiities |

1 |
Management of the business activities and comercialization of the services offered, and quality control of said services, participation in the service tasks required during the Service in the restaurant, room control etc. in Support of the hotel General Manager amongst other tasks. |

Cost control and cost of AI, control of baking products from the Bakery etc. amongst other tasks. |

3 |
Coordination and planning of sub-contracted shows and evening animation amongst other tasks. |

4 |
Carrying out informative and organizational tasks, recreational activities for clients, organizing celebrations etc. amongst other tasks. |
||||
5 |
Management of requests and complaints, preparation of inspections and tour operator visits, preparation to adquire certifications etc. amongst other tasks. |
||||
6 |
Supervision of ordinary and extraordinary daily tasks of the staff amongst other tasks. |
