Generic Description of the Position:

Control the operation of the Technical Service Department supporting the Head of the Technical Service Department.

Remaining members of staff of the Technical Service Department

Work Time-table:

In accordance with the collective agreement and requirements; 8 hours per day, 2 free days per week.

Education &/or Experience

Working knowledge of electricity, mechanics, plumbing, air-conditioning; management and control of technical aspects of the hotel.

Official qualifications, diplomas and courses are highly valued.

Previous experience required in hotels of similar characteristics demonstrable.

Duties Related to the position

Roles & Responsibilities

1

Coordination of the department in support of the Head of the Technical Service Department regarding all tasks and activities scheduled and those arising spontaneously amongst other tasks.

Development of maintenance tasks on floors, ceilings, walls, etc. As well as emergency resolution of electricity, plumbing, heating, air conditioning amongst other tasks.

Tasks related to the substitution of the Head of the Technical Department amongst other tasks.
