Restaurant management in Support of the Maitre

Work Time-Table:

In accordance with the collective agreement, 8 hours daily, 2 days free per week.

Education &/or Experience

Knowledge of the English and German language intermediate level, other languages are highly valued.

Diplomas and courses related to restaurant service are highly valued.

Previous experience required in hotels of similar or superior category demonstrable.

Duties Related to the Position

Roles & Responsibilities

1

Control of the service, including the taking of orders and collection of plates in support and / or substitution of the Maitre, amongst other tasks.

Stock control of the Store rooms of tableware, direct collaboration with the responsible of Purchasing amongst other tasks.

Work Schedule and control of the department’s staff and their training in addition to other tasks.

4

Preparation and maintenance of your area in optimal conditions for inspections such as the ISO, and other certifications amongst other tasks.
