Work Time-Table:

According to the collective agreement and requirements, 8 hours daily and 2 free days weekly.

Education &/or Experience

Knowledge of English and German languages intermédiate level, other languages are highly valued.

Diplomas and courses related to the Restaurant service are highly valued.

Previous experience required in hotels of similar category or superior demonstrable.

Duties related to the position

Roles & Responsibilities


Support of the Restaurant service, including the taking of orders and collection of dishes amongst other tasks.


Inventory control of food and beverage warehouses, direct collaboration with Purchasing Manager amongst other tasks.


Organization and control of the Bar service, distribution of staff during service and training of employees amongst other tasks.


Preparation of cocktails and drinks, table service, preparation of bars before and after each Service amongst other tasks.


Billing, charging and control of cash register amongst other tasks.


Preparation and maintenance of your area in optimum conditions for inspections such as ISO, and other certifications amongst other tasks.
